Oracle Named Leader in Gartner's New Multichannel Campaign Management Report

Gartner published its Magic Quadrant Report on Multichannel Campaign Management, which places Oracle Marketing Cloud among the marketing technology industry’s leading partners--both in completeness of vision and ability to execute to that vision. We’re proud to be so highly regarded by Gartner in this report and I'd like to  provide some context around how this report can provide strategic value for data-driven, cross-channel marketers.


What is Multichannel Campaign Management?
Gartner defines Multichannel Campaign Management (or MCCM) as the ability to, “Orchestrate company communications and marketing offers to customer segments across channels, such as websites, mobile, social, direct mail, call centers and email.” Requisite capabilities include (from Gartner) are wide-ranging and include: basic campaign management, advanced analytic functions, advanced execution functions, and digital marketing capabilities, which include ad management, content marketing, mobile and social marketing, Web, and email marketing.
